Refund Policy

At Phyta, we take pride in the quality of our plants and substrates, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Local Plant Orders:

Refunds or replacements are only considered under the following conditions:

  • The plant arrives dead or displays obvious signs of rot upon delivery.
  • A replacement will be offered first (if the same plant is available in stock). If no replacement is available, a refund will be processed.
  • If you are dissatisfied with the item upon arrival (but it is not dead or rotting), you may return the item at your own expense. A refund will be processed once the item is returned in the same condition it was sent.

Important:

  • No refunds or replacements will be issued for plants that have been repotted out of our substrate, or have been in your care for more than 7 days.

Import Plant Orders:

Due to the nature and cost of international procurement, we do not offer cash refunds for import plants.

  • If your plant arrives dead, you may qualify for a replacement (subject to photo evidence and review).
  • Suppliers do not offer refunds on imports; they will only replace stock.
  • Any deterioration after the first 7 days is considered the result of improper acclimation. Phyta is not responsible for losses due to negligent husbandry or acclimation practices.

Substrate Orders:

Please note: all substrate mix sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on substrates.
